Creationz Organic Coffee

Donnie and I have been roasting our own coffee for a few years now and we enjoy it so much, we decided to share it with others.  After researching Organic Coffee Bean profiles, we chose these two types of Organic Coffee Beans to create our own Coffee Blend. The result...a simply splendid delicious cup of coffee! We offer Whole Bean or Ground. 

We roast our coffee in small batches, to ensure you get the freshest possible product. If you order Ground Coffee, we grind it just prior to shipment.

(Harvest Moon) Organic Honduran Beans – 

Great daily drinking cup medium to dark roasted. This cup is nice & chocolaty, lower acidity & medium bodied. A little sweeter edge to it except for super dark roasts. Besides a chocolaty factor one will get some nuttier characteristics coming through in the cup. 

Tasting Notes: Smooth & rich with great chocolaty tones. 

(Eclipse) Organic Nicaraguan Beans –   

A tasty & clean classic Nicaraguan coffee; a great choice for daily drinking. Medium to dark roasts product a smooth & creamy cup with a sweeter edge. Malty cup profile, with some floral & citric at lighter roasts, some smokiness at darker roasts. 

Tasting Notes: Good body & lower acidity, very nice & fairly strong semi-sweet malty tones coming out of this cup from the medium roasts & beyond. At the medium roasts it will still retain a hint of buzzy acidity, not super citric but will leave a dryness to the tongue.  A very smooth cup from a medium roast to a  strength that dark roast fans will like.

Are you trying to find that Smooth, Rich, Chocolaty & Herbal Coffee to warm you up in the afternoon or maybe for your favorite after-dinner drinks that don’t keep you up all night? Look no further... this is the bean for you!  

This bean starts life in a bed of volcanic loam soil at altitudes as high as 5400 feet. Once harvested the beans are thoroughly sorted, run through the washed processing method, and sun-dried. Using the Mountain Water Process decaffeination method allows this Peruvian delight to be enjoyed throughout your day and night.

What is the Mountain Water Process (MWP)? The Mountain Water Process is one of the ways to decaffeinate coffee beans. No chemicals or solvents are used in the process. This process starts with an in-depth analysis of the coffee bean. The information is then used to identify the most efficient extraction conditions. Next, the beans are prepared using pressure-controlled steam, while the caffeine is extracted from the bean using critical saturation in water tanks (only uses water and coffee). Control of flow, temperature, pressure, and vacuum allow extraction to occur. Beans are then slowly dried using a three-stage drying system.

Tasting Notes: With notes of Malt, Dark Chocolate & Citrus, this decaf Coffee makes an excellent addition to the afternoon or a warm ending to the evening. Smooth & clean on the palate. Low in acidity & medium-bodied, floral tones up front bring life to the cup.
